5. Pay the balance 30 days before arrival.
More than 60 days before arrival: full refund minus 10% admin fee.
30-60 days: 50% refund.
15-29 days: 25% refund.
Less than 15 days: no refund.
Peak season (Jul-Oct): stricter terms apply — 50% deposit non-refundable.
All visitors require a valid passport (6+ months validity) and a Kenyan eTA (Electronic Travel Authorisation). Yellow fever certificate required if arriving from an endemic country. Check the latest Kenyan government guidance before travel.
Prices are quoted in USD. KES accepted at prevailing rate. Tipping is customary: $10-15 per day for your driver-guide, $5-10 per day for camp staff. ATMs available in major towns; carry cash for park fees and tips.
Neutral-coloured clothing, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, insect repellent, binoculars, camera with zoom lens, comfortable walking shoes, light jacket for early morning game drives, and any personal medication.
Grouped tours share the vehicle with other travellers and depart on fixed dates — best value. Private tours are exclusive to your party, depart any date, and offer maximum flexibility. Mid-Range and Luxury tiers are private by default.
All bookings are subject to availability. Prices are per person sharing a double room. Single supplement applies. Park fees are included unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to substitute lodges of equivalent standard.
